From the day job…
A view of all the white matter fiber tracks in my brain over 2.2cm in length observable using a 64 direction diffusion tensor imaging sequence on a Siemens MAGNETOM Trio 3T.
Looking side on, front of my head is on the right of the image, back on the left. The blue lines are those tracts which are mainly going up or down, the red are those mainly going left or right, while the green are going forward or back (of the head).
