About to embark on a wee jaunt around the British Isles and beyond. So expect lots more pictures of clouds from far and wide.
Added a whole new section to netedge about the real time volume rendering program I created for my Masters project – Spectus3D. You can see lots of videos of it in action.
Was in Paris a few weeks ago at the Derry City – PSG game. The nice thieving locals stole Dee’s camera, so there are only photos I took in the pictures update. Nice city if you don’t mind the ever present stench or the pilfering.
Have realised that more and more of the stuff I do on computers is on Google services. The videos of Spectus3D are all embedded YouTube videos, I’ve been doing CAD of the house in Donegal with Google SketchUp, and all my email is now done through Google Mail (same email address though). Heck, I’m even typing this as a draft in Google Mail, it’s that good. Although their contextual ads can be a tad surreal at time. Currently Google thinks I’d like to buy a “SheWee, go like a man”.
