Let me tell you a story… One day a group of people got together and decided to play a big practical joke. “Lets make up our own language – ok, not actually a language, that’s a bit much. How about just speaking English in a comedy Scottish accent? Oh, and lets get all government documents translated into our comedy language.” Think this couldn’t happen. Think again.
